She was born on December 14, 1932 to the late O.G. Vinson and Willie Mae Moore in Cherokee County, SC. Margie was a US Army veteran and a member of Trinity AME Zion Church in Blacksburg, SC. She retired as an administrative assistant working in the Office of the Mayor in New York City. Margie loved to travel. She was preceded in death by a brother Willie Moore and a sister Betty Ruth Moore.
Margie is survived by her son Donnie Moore (Cathy); granddaughters Chelsey Moore, Whitney Moore and three great-grandchildren.
