She was born in Charlotte on March 5, 1927 to the late William Cleveland Davis and Flossie Caton Davis. Toddie attended Central High in Charlotte and graduated from WC in Greensboro, NC.
Toddie worked for Eastern Airlines and American Express Travel Agency. She did extensive traveling to Australia, Africa, South America, Japan, Europe, China, England, Scotland, Iceland and multiple Caribbean Islands. She sailed on the Queen Elizabeth II, and went scuba diving off the great barrier reef in Australia. Toddie enjoyed the photo safari in Africa.
Toddie enjoyed life to the fullest, she never met a stranger. She was a kind, generous and loving person, cherished by all who knew her.
Toddie is survived by her daughters; Lou Ann Roulette (Blake) and Lisa Cheryl Boyce; grandson, Boyce Lee Roulette; brother, Alan Jesse Davis. She is preceded in death by her son Floyd Thomas Boyce Jr., siblings; Connie Morse, Irene Parker, Betty Covington, Cleve Davis; and her beloved dogs, Willie and Roxie.
