Born on March 22, 1944 in Charlotte to Lee Moser and Katie Bryant Moser, Nina loved her big family, shopping and going out to a nice dinner. She adored everything pink and purple, and loved dressing up for any occasion. She nurtured and cherished her close relationship with Jesus, which was her foundation in the last years of her life.
Left to mourn her loss are daughters Lisa (John) Gallagher, Kimberly (Matthew) Ward and Amy (Grace Downer) Gurley; grandchildren Erika Lanning, Lindsay Pickett, Emma Fish, Madeline Ward, Nick Ward, Genet Ward and Ngus Ward; great grandchildren Lucy and Magnolia Pickett and Dylan and Duke Lanning and her loving niece Cindy Hartman. Nina is also survived by her siblings Ron, Kenneth, Sherry and Sylvia. Nina cared and loved her dearest friends at McAlpine Terrace.
Nina is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne McMillan.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 1pm at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church located at 8600 Potter Road in Weddington with burial following at Sharon Memorial Park.
