Norma Lee Harper, age 79, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born September 15, 1939, in Romney, West Virginia to Mr. and Mrs. Rinker. She graduated High School in Romney, West Virginia in 1956. She married James Richard Harper on May 12, 1956 in San Antonio, Texas. While living the Army life, it allowed them time to travel and to live in places such as…. Paris, France: Germany: Switzerland and many more interesting places. Once returning to the states, they resided in Cumberland, Maryland then relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina where Norma became involved with the Healthcare line of work at Presbyterian Hospital. She is survived by her husband, James (Dick) Harper, Brother-in-law Gary (Mona) Harper, Brother-in-law Steve (Linda) Harper and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
