Pamela E Berberich
9 March, 1953 – 5 November, 2020
Pam, age 67, of Charlotte, peacefully passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2020, in the comfort of her home after a long courageous battle with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Pam was born March 3, 1953, the daughter of Marietta Everhart and the late Charles Everhart. She is survived by her husband, Charlie; her mother, Marietta Everhart; brothers, Dan Grant, Terry Grant and Charles “Pete” Everhart and wife Brenda; many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends; and two lovable dogs, Bo and Brittany. She was sister to her late brother, Mark Grant. Pam was full of life, love and happiness. She was loved by each and every person she met. Pam was unequivocally committed to loving all of her family. I attended Garinger High School with Pam. What a fun, energetic and positive person she was. I wish I had
kept in contact with her. Through the years when driving near Garinger, I would think of her and her smile. Love and hugs to her family and friends close to her. Janice McNeill

Pam was such a lover of life. Lots of memories on our trips in Germany. Her love of Charlie, her bothers, nieces, nephews, and her many beloved dogs. How proud Pam was of her river dock. Miss you girl.

Pete,
So sorry to read about Pam. She rode the bus to Garinger with me when I was a senior and she was a sophomore. Pam was always nice to me. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Everhart family.

My first impression of Pam upon meeting her was that she was so angelic. She had such a sweet and warm spirit! I could not have gotten a better person to care for! She was so easy going and always looking out for others, despite the hardship she was facing. What stood out the most was her love for others which she always put first, not ever thinking about her own struggles. I will always remember that warm strength, soft spoken demeanor and rapport that we established right from the beginning. She was my angel and I will never forget the kindness, love and inspiration she brought to my life.
Love you Pamela and I know you are now resting peacefully in heaven amongst all the other angels just like you. God rest your soul.
Love, Vee

Pam was my niece. She was 6 years younger than me, so we kind of grew up together. As adults, we were closer. Pam was an amazing person. She never met a stranger, and made a friend of almost everyone she met. She was a second mom to her neices and nephews, setting a sterling example for all of them.
Dogs were her love and she would strongly take issue with anyone who dared to abuse one. Water was another passion, whether it was the river or the ocean. Once she rented a Seadoo in Hawaii and took off out into the ocean. She was fearless and loyal. Quite simply, she was beautiful and loved, and was loved.
We spent many hours on the phone, until this awful disease robbed her of her ability to communicate.
She loved everyone, but in particular she loved her husband, Charlie, who loved her, cared for her, and stood by her.
This is a great loss to all of our family and she will be sorely missed for all of our days.

Because of Pam we all enjoyed every minute of that trip. Also Pam always made sure all of her nieces and nephews had everything they needed and instilled in them respect and manners always!I Thank her for that.Pam was a Beautiful,Loving,Strong, Funny and Caring Woman! We miss you!

Pam did fight a horrible disease (MSA) she was not only courageous but also fought with dignity and never complained. This was the person she was, but she could have not done this without the love and support of her husband, Charlie.
She was more than an aunt to her nieces and nephews more like their "other mom", always there for them. She loved all dogs, sometimes took mine to the doctor more than me when I was traveling.
I will miss my friend deeply but every time I walk on the beach, every time I go dancing or fishing, she will be in my thoughts. These are things she loved to do did I mention she loved beach music! Pam lived life to the fullest she did not miss much.
I will miss her and sure I will shed many more tears but I am so glad she is no longer dealing with this disease. I will see Pam again, I know this and she will probably be dancing with the angels.

I was hoping to get to see Pam, but of course with Covid that couldn't happen. I just want to thank God for giving me the privilege of having so many great memories with Pam and for putting her in my life. She will be missed greatly. And thank you Mary for letting me have the honor of spending great times with you both. Pamela will always be part of me and until we meet again at that big Bowery in the sky. Love you my friend and rest in peace.
Love your little Yankee friend ( as she called me once)
Carmela ❤🙏

So many memories with you Aunt Pam and all of our family. Memories of birthdays celebrated on the river with watermelon seed fights, homemade ice-cream, tubing. The rule for not going past the “tree”, which may or may not have been broken. Lol. Staying the night for Easter service and dying Easter eggs. I can write for days of all the great memories. Love forever and always, Laura Lou.
