She was born September 16, 1949 in Charlotte NC to Warren Odell & Nettie Sue (Hamby) Beaty, both of whom preceded her in death.
Peggy is survived by her children Greg Cooper, Wendy Cooper and Leslie Cooper. Grandchildren surviving are Tyler Singleton (and Amanda), Cooper Drake Cline and Alexis (Jordy) Puckett. Great Grandchildren are Layla Jade and Charli Grace.
Left to also honor her memory are sister Patricia D. Hollern (and James) and brothers Ronald Everitt Beaty and John David Dellinger.
It’s important to know that Peggy loved her grandchildren with every fiber of her being. She always wanted what was best for them and was there to help them in any way she could.
Mrs. Cooper was a long time member of Trinity Church of the
Nazarene in Charlotte. Her faith was cultivated greatly by that congregation through their help and good works over the years.
Through the years, Peggy was employed by Charlotte Motor Speedway, Lowes Home Improvement and Chick Filet. She worked very hard and did all that was within her power to adopt a pro-active approach ensuring complete satisfaction for the hundreds of clients, customers and guests she helped during her employment.
Many of these people and her co-workers would be saddened to know of Peggy Cooper’s passing.
