He is preceded in death by his parents, Claude Bean and Lorena Bean.
He is survived by his wife, Alda Barnes Bean; one brother, John Bean (Monie); one sister, Claudia Shinn (Hal); his children, Chip Bean (Becky), Montiece Estes (Doug), and Erin Thompson (Rodney); his 5 grandchildren, Matthew, Caitlin, and Jacob Estes and Garrison and Gibson Thompson.
Memorial Services will be performed by the Reverend Steve Bass at Sunset Road Baptist Church on Monday February 12, 2018 at 1 pm in the sanctuary.
