Dr. Said Botros, 85 of Ft Worth, TX passed away Monday,March 2nd 2020 at his home in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Botros was born January 25, 1935 in Cairo, Egypt. He was the youngest of eight brothers and sisters who preceded in death. Dr Botros received his doctorate in Chemistry in 1968 and emigrated to the united stated in 1974. Dr Botros is a gentle loving man, devoted to his Coptic Christian faith. Dr Botros was a loving husband to his wife Hoda and amazing Dad to his daughter Heather. The family will receive friends from 5.30 to 8 Pm on Wednesday March 4th at the family home. The funeral service will take place on Thursday at 1 pm at St Mark Coptic Orthodox Church in Charlotte, NC and the burial will follow at the historic Elmood Cemetery in uptown Charlotte.Dr Botros leaves behind wife, Hoda Botros, daughter, Heather Korolos, Husband, Tony Korolos, grand son Samuel Korolos, grandson Anthony Korolos and Granddaughter Isabella Korolos.
