Thomas J. Hartman, 70, passed away on May 25, 2013.
He was an environmental scientist who worked for the State of New Jersey until his retirement.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013, at 2:00p.m. at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6828 Old Reid Road, in Charlotte. Reverend Mark S. Lawlor will be the celebrant.
