After being raised in Brazil, she met her husband and migrated to Charlotte. She worked in production for a glass manufacturer and was a long time member of Real Life Church of Stanley.
Survivors left to cherish her memory include her sister Kathy Chiovari and husband Sal and her brother Adalberto Koch and wife Evanilda.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 to 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at McEwen Funeral Service at Sharon Memorial Park, 5716 Monroe Road, Charlotte. A service to celebrate her life will follow at 2:00 PM officiated by Pastor Mike Davis. Burial will conclude in Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Charlotte.
