Walter L. Rhodes Jr., age 85, of Rutherfordton, North Carolina passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024. Born January 29, 1939 in Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Walter Lee Rhodes Sr. and Ethel Swan Rhodes Sherlin.
He was the last survivor of his immediate family. No services are scheduled.
