Donna Cox Tomlin

Donna Mae Tomlin (née Cox) passed away on May 7, 2024, at the age of 76 in Charlottesville, Virginia. She was born in Charlottesville to her late parents Lucella Mae Garver Cox and Marshall Maurice Cox. Donna will be dearly missed by her husband Jerry Tomlin, sons Kevin Tomlin (and wife Susan Tomlin) of Scottsville, and Keith Tomlin (and husband Ferdinand Tomlin) of Free Union. She is also survived by her sister Diane Baird (and husband John Baird) of Australia, along with nephews David and Gareth Baird and their families. Donna dedicated her career as an Admissions Coordinator for Eldercare Gardens and Heritage Hall Nursing Facilities. She was passionate about helping others and made a positive impact in her community through her work. In her free time, Donna enjoyed spending quality moments with her family, indulging in home decor projects, and showing off her unbeatable skills in Scrabble matches. Donna's warm presence and love for her family will forever be cherished. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, dedication, and joy that will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
