Janet Leanne Jamison lost her battle with cancer on August 14, 2016. She was a 1973 graduate of UVA School of Nursing. Janet was preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Shelton of Naples, FL, her father Russell Jamison of Covington, VA, and her brother Edwin Shelton of Midlothian, VA. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 31 at Sycamore Presbyterian Church (510 Coalfield Rd, Midlothian, VA) at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donation to be made to the American Cancer Society on Janet’s behalf www.cancer.org.
