He was preceded in death by his parents Edward J. Kelly and Marguerite Street Kelly, and two brothers: Dr. Robert Kelly and Richard Kelly of Pittsfield, Ma.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Caroline Mawyer Kelly; two daughters: Alicia Blankinship (Mitch) of Forest, Va., and Alison Kelly (Arty) of Palmyra, Va.; three grandchildren: Conner, Charlotte, and Miles; one sister Joanne Prendergast of Falmouth, Ma., and one sister-in-law Josie Kelly of Pittsfield, Ma.
Paul graduated with a Bachelor's degree in education from Keene State College in 1964 and continued his education at the University of Virginia, where he received his Master’s degree in Education in 1966. Paul worked many years as an Audiologist in both Charlottesville and Lynchburg. He was a member of St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 16, from 6 pm. to 8 pm. at Teague Funeral Home in Charlottesville, VA. A funeral service will be conducted on Tuesday, April 17, at 11 AM at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Monticello Memory Gardens.
