I first met Ron when he was playing basketball with Bob at Father Baker high school. We had such good times at our cottages at Crystal Beach. I also remember a few trips to the racetrack in Hamburg,N.Y.  Ron was such a great man that Bob and I chose him as Godfather for our daughter Meghan. I also enjoyed my tennis lessons with Ron. He always had so much patience with me. I was a hopeless student. Sadly, we lost touch with Ron over the last several years. However, so many memories of this wonderful, fun loving man will keep him in my heart and prayers .


Ron really enjoyed the Saratoga Racetrack with the guys every year. He will be missed.  

Carol Ann and family, Ronnie was fun to be around.  When we were younger the time spent at the lake still remains with me.   He grew into an amazing man and shared his knowledge and skills with so many young people.  I am so sorry for your loss.  My Joe often spoke of him as being an honest well-liked member of the coaching community.
