
BRAMLAGE, Maureen (Sparkes), 59 of Largo, FL passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at her home from COPD. Born June 2, 1956 in Chatham, Massachusetts Maureen graduated from Chatham High School and went on to receive her Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Maureen's career included teaching high school math in Chatham County, Georgia and at Largo High School; working for Cape Cod 5 Savings Bank; Superior Surgical in Seminole and Florida Power.
Maureen was predeceased by her parents Tom and Fran (Hickey) Sparkes of Chatham, Massachusetts and Largo, FL. She is survived by her husband Philip Bramlage of Largo, her brother Michael Sparkes of Marlboro, Massachusetts, her sister Sharon (Sparkes) Stout of Harwich, Massachusetts, her step children Laura (Bramlage) Pavelski, David Bramlage and Philip Bramlage Jr. and her grandson Jackson Bramlage. She is also survived by nieces Franchesca Jorgensen, Megan Farias & Jennifer Thomas and her nephew Joseph Sparkes along with many great nieces and nephews.
Maureen will be remembered for her easy sense of humor, love of sunshine, family, fun, math, attention to detail and her grace when ill.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Chatham, Massachusetts on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 10 am. Burial will follow at Seaside Cemetery in Chatham.
