Aaliyah Marie Hudson

Aaliyah Marie Hudson was born on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She departed this life to be with the Lord on June 4, 2025. Her unexpected death will forever have an impact on her family who grew to know and love her. She also has touched so many lives while she was here on this earth.

Among those who preceded Aaliyah in death includes her great-great-great-grandmothers, Margaret King (Sims) Fuqua (Rogersville, AL), and Ida Mae Henderson (Baltimore, MD); great-great-great- grandfather, Jessie Finley (Newnan, GA); great-great-grandmother, Dorothy (William) Watkins (Chattanooga, TN); her aunts, Edna Earl Baker and Ida Mae Henderson (Chattanooga, TN); uncle, Jommie Lee Watkins; and cousin, Stacey Nichole Barrow, both of Chattanooga, TN.

Those Aaliyah leaves to cherish her memories are her mother, Shardai Marie Baker; father, Royden Hudson, Jr./Frank Wilburn all of Chattanooga, TN; sisters, Rod'nisha Hudson and Jai Hudson of Chattanooga, TN; brothers, RJ Hudson and Jayse Hudson of Chattanooga, TN; grandmothers, Katrina Shun Patton and Cynthia Finley of Chattanooga, TN; grandfathers, Royden Hudson, Sr. of Chattanooga, TN and Jimmy Lee (Angela) Patton of Atlanta, GA; great-grandmother, Linda Marie Patton of Chattanooga, TN; aunts, Keelika Patterson and Taryn Price of Chattanooga, TN; uncles, Joh'nquez Billups, Jonathan Lawrence and Marcus Hudson of Chattanooga, TN; nephews, Legend Billups and JR Lawrence of Chattanooga, TN; niece, Stoeesha Chubbs of Chattanooga; other relatives and loved ones.

A Visitation for Aaliyah will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Grace Fellowship Baptist Church, 1709 Walker Street, Chattanooga, TN 37403.

A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 12:00 pm.

Burial will follow in Beautiful Greenwood Cemetery, 1954 Greenwood Rd, Chattanooga, TN 37406.
