Cecil E Manning, age 84, of Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his parents Viola and Sam Manning; sisters Mildred Daniels and Laura Stopp; brother Raymond manning.
Cecil is survived by his brothers Sam ( Anita) Manning, Denny ( Shirley) Manning and Dewey ( Paulette) Manning; several nieces and nephews. All left to cherish his memory.
According to his wishes there will be no visitation or memorial services.
