

She was born and raised in Reliance, Tennessee, the daughter of the late James Arless and Anna Elaine Brown Lindner.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Glynn A. Taylor, brother, James Lindner and a sister, Gladys Hammons.
She was a member of Concord Baptist Church since 1971. She retired from Dixie Yarns after 30 years of service. Mrs. Taylor was a volunteer worker for many years at the HaCoBa Mission in St. Elmo.
She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda(Tom)Gilliland of Arlington, Texas and Glynda(David) Sells of LaFayette, Georgia; two sons, Michael(Kathy) Taylor of Ringgold, Georgia and James(Wendy) Taylor of Rossville, Georgia; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; one brother Hoyt Lindner of Benton, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 11:30 AM at the East Brainerd Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dr. David King officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 2 PM to 6 PM at the funeral home.
