Deloria Olivia Riggins-Morris 68, affectionately known as “Punkin” was born on December 6, 1951 in Chattanooga, TN. to Airlean Riggins-Hutchins and the late James Riggins, Jr. She was called to eternal rest on Wednesday evening, August 26, 2020, after a brief illness.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Riggins, Jr.; sister, Cynthia Rice and Faithful and Devoted companion of 35 years, DeWayne Warren.
She was a 1969 graduate of Riverside High School. Deloria accepted Christ at a young age and recently united with Grace Pointe Church where she was a faithful member of the Usher Board. Her bright smile and contagious personality touched everyone she met.
