John loved fishing and being outside mowing grass.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kiwanes M. Smith; parents, Raymond and Sallie Smith; and brother, Lewis Smith.
Those he leaves behind to cherish his memories are 4 aunts, Sarah Nell Hull, Eula (Roger) Langford, Emma Hull and Annie Flemming, all of Stephens, GA; stepsons, Lee Smith of Chattanooga, and John (Brenda) Grisham of Crawford, GA; lots of cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
A Visitation will be on Friday, January 11, from 11:00am-1:00pm in the Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services Chapel, with the Funeral Service immediately following at 1:00pm. Burial will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
