Larry was born in Mountain City, TN in 1939 to the late Edgar Folk and Helen Marie Hackney Dugger. He was an engineering manager for W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. for 42 years and a director of (hotel) facilities for the 3H Group for 13 years. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, air shows, as well as home building and repair—so much that he rebuilt the home he was born in.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Ross Dugger, Thelma Kellner, Wanda Adams, and his son, Larry Mark Dugger.
He is survived by his wife; his sons, Bryan Wayne Dugger and Thomas Wayne Dugger; his grandchildren, Kayla, Emilee, Cameryn, and Jade Dugger; his sisters, Helen Evans, Sharon Kubik, and Jewel Stout; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives, friends, and former coworkers are invited to a remembrance gathering at Fairfield Inn, 2345 Shallowford Village Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37421 on Tuesday, January 27th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Willowbrook Hospice of Cartersville, GA in honor of Larry, 162 W Main St. Suite 306, Cartersville, GA 30120.
