Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Mills; parents Oliver and Daisy Mills and brother, Johnny Mills.
Those Robert leaves to cherish his memories are sons, Robert Mills, Jr. of Atlanta, GA., Terrance Mills of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter, Regina Jones of Chattanooga; step-children, Kevin and Kiana Sydnor; brother, Jessie Mills; sisters, Jeanette Mills-Thornton, Frances Gilbert, Lizzy Mae Mills and Betty Hampton, all of Chattanooga; a host of grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Services for Mr. Mills will be private.
