Russell was preceded in death by his father Francis Dring; mother Angie Dring and daughter Sara Dring.
Russell is survived by his spouse Helen Dring; daughter Tabitha Harrigan; son Jacob Dring; step-children Melissa, Tommy and Shane; two sisters Kathy Baker and Paula Russum; four grandchildren; two nephews; one niece and two fur babies.
At Russell’s request, no services will be held.
