Terry Wayne Mathis of Chattanooga passed away at the age 45. He was of the Baptist faith. He loved his dogs as if they were his children. Everyone who knew him, knew he loved all music. He also played guitar.
He was preceded in death by George Mathis, Jr. (father); Vivian Davis (mother); Teresa Higgins (sister) and George Mathis, III (brother); and Jimmy Mathis (uncle).
Terry is survived by Ashley Hale (niece); Charles Mathis (nephew), Brandon Mathis (nephew) and Jonah Mathis (nephew); Bill Mathis (uncle); and Martha Long (aunt); cousins Jamey Mathis, Nancy Munson, Pircilla Cobb, and many more; great niece, Elaina Kilgore and two great nephews, Hayden Hale and Jerry Mathis.
Family and friends will have their own celebration of life for him.
