Bruce D. Barna

Born August 8, 1946 in Cleveland, he was a resident of Novelty for over 45 years before moving to Middlefield a year ago. Bruce was a Dental Office Designer and an AutoCAD Specialist for over 50 years, retiring in 2011. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, and a parishioner and usher at St. Helen Catholic Church in Newbury. Bruce was also a member and former Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus (Geauga Council 3304). He loved his time coaching his son Chris in Soccer and Basketball, and more recently treasured being a grandfather. Bruce is survived by his wife Susan (nee Horvath); son Christopher (Tiffanie); grandson Logan; brother Douglas; sister-in-law Bobbie Barna; and cousins and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Brian; and parents Albert R. and Ann E. (nee Rubala) Barna.
