Carol Ann Rushworth

CAROL ANN RUSHWORTH, Passed away on December 27, 2013 of advanced Alzheimer's Disease leaving her husband Kim R. Rushworth and children Brett R. Rushworth, Scott L. (Lisa) Rushworth, Heather A. (Dan) Kristoff. She was also survived by her sister, Lorna E. Dobre and granddaughter Anastacia M. Rushworth. She and her husband were longtime residents of Russell Township. Carol was an alumnus of John Adams High School and was a Registered Nurse having graduated from Lima Memorial Hospital School of Nursing. She spent her career working as a psychiatric and mental health nurse for both Windsor Hospital and Ravenwood Mental Health Center of Geauga County. Carol spent her life caring for family, friends and those who needed her nursing care. She was an avid sail boater and was a member of Pymatuning Yacht Club and was also a member of the League of Women Voters of the Chagrin Valley. Memorial service will be held at The Federated Church, 76 Bell St., Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44022 on Saturday January 4, 2014 at 11:00 am.
