Beloved wife of the late Herbert; loving mother of Dave Lubinger, Bill (Jeannine) Lubinger, Jodi (Steve) Quinn, and Brad (Lynn) Lubinger; cherished grandmother of Jill, Evan (Gretchen), Elizabeth, Ryan (Whitney), Ben, Jordan (Mackenzie), Rachel, and Andrew; dear daughter of the late Anna (nee Frank) and Benjamin Apfel; sister of the late Zachary Apfel. Family will visit with friends at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026 FROM 4-8PM Wednesday, October 23. Interment Western Reserve Memorial Gardens, Chesterland at 10:30AM Thursday, October 24. Mrs. Lubinger was a Spanish dance instructor during her career, founder of the Fairmount Spanish Dancers dance company, and was a prominent fixture of Fairmount Center for the Arts, 8400 Fairmount Rd, Novelty, OH 44072, where in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Libby's honor.
