Louis Eugene Gattozzi IV

Eastlake, Ohio – Louis Eugene Gattozzi, IV, age 67, died unexpectedly on Monday, December 8, 2025, at Lake West Medical Center. He was born on January 3, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of Virginia Marie Lowe and Louis Eugene Gattozzi, III. Louis was a 1975 graduate of Brush High School in Lyndhurst, Ohio. He was paramedic at Hillcrest Ambulance in Euclid, OH. Louis was also a driver for Shima Limousine. He spent over 25 summers camping at his haven, site B-31 at Kenisee Grand River Campground surrounded by many of his lifetime friends, who became family. Louis enjoyed a good live sports game, relaxing days at the campground, reminiscing on memories of the Old Neighborhood, and was always the life of every party.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Joseph Gattozzi. Survivors include his four children, Adrienne Gattozzi of Chardon, Ohio, Alec Gattozzi of Eastlake, Ohio, Nicholas Gattozzi of Chicago, Illinois and Louis E. Gattozzi, V., of Brunswick and his beloved sister, Lucille Seibel of Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Private burial will be held at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio.
