He is survived by his wife, Ingrid (Olson); daughter, Monet Davis (D.C.); grandchildren, Ender and Matisse Davis; sisters, Monet Fennema (late Bud) and Elizabeth Siebert (late David); brothers William Wylie (Alice), Ronald Stallé (Lucille); and beloved dog, Hugo. He was preceded in death by his parents Albert Stallé and Lillian Wylie.
David was a proud graduate of Lane Technical High School and studied at The American Institute of Art. He was a Korean War U.S. Army veteran.
A business owner of The Mail Store / TMS, David was a poet and artist at heart. He was an avid fisherman, much loved by his family, and a terrifically loyal friend.
His epitaph as written by David:
He might have been more
I doubt any less
But the drummer he heard
Played so loud in his head
