Edward T. Jakubowski, 97, died June 4, 2016. He served in the US Army during WWII. Visitation will be from 3-9 pm in Wed, June 8 at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave. Chicago. Funeral service will be at 10 am on Thurs, June 9 at the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery.
