Guadalupe Martinez

Guadalupe Martinez age 92 of Chicago, IL passed away on Monday, March 4, 2024. She is survived by her youngest brother Santos (Raquel) Guevara C. She will be reunited with her late brothers Roberto (Maria) Guevara and Gustavo Guevara, and her late sisters Rosa (Ray) Del Rio and Gloria Martha (Cipriano) Santos.

Guadalupe married the love of her life, the late Macario Martinez, in 1955, and they had three children, Sergio (Lana) Martinez, Adriana (Frank) Adamski, and the late Eduardo Martinez. Her cherished grandchildren Alexander and Nicholas Adamski and Gabriella Martinez, Christopher (Alexandra) Martinez. Her beloved great-grandchildren Liam Nicholas Adamski and Mason Brown. Guadalupe will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, and loved ones.

Guadalupe's passion for gardening and her spectacular indoor and outdoor gardens were a true reflection of her beautiful spirit. Her love of cooking and baking was outstanding, and she was always there for her family whenever they needed her. She was the heart of her family, and her love will forever remain in their hearts.

Guadalupe will be inurned in the family niche at Mt. Olive Cemetery, 3800 N. Narragansett Chicago, Il. May her soul rest in peace.

Memorial services will be held on Monday March 18, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home 6901 West Belmont Avenue Chicago, IL 60634.
