Ines C Ramirez

Ines enjoyed dancing, going out to eat, and spending time with her loving pets and family. She worked for Bankers Life and Casualty right after she arrived from Cuba until she retired. She was a strong and yet kind and gentle person to everyone she met.

Ines is survived by her loving sons Jose (Claire Starnes) Lamas and Ivan Corrales, her adoring grandson Joseph “J.J.” Lamas and many other extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Marta Medina and her loving son George Lamas (2009).

A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 27 from 4 pm – 8 pm at Drake and Son Funeral Home, 5303 North Western Avenue, Chicago, IL 60625. A Funeral Mass will be at 10 am on Friday, July 28 at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, 4432 North Troy Street, Chicago, IL 60625.
