Irma was married to the late Ruben Gonzalez; daughter of the late Bautista Lugo & Clara Martinez; loving mother of Carmen Linda Maounis, Marta Gonzalez Arce, Sara McSparin, Irma I. Gonzalez and the late Clara Gonzalez Rivera. She was the adoring grandmother of 14, great-grandmother of 27 and great-great-grandmother of 3. She was a cherished sister of 8, aunt, cousin and fond friend of many.
She worked at Welles Garden (formerly Zenith TV) for over fifty years and was an Avon Representative for over forty years. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Little Brothers Organization and volunteered at the food pantry. She had various other ventures, a true entrepreneur. She loved her home that she resided in for over 60 years. She loved traveling, singing, dancing, bingo, camping and the outdoors. But, most of all she loved spending time with her family. She was loved and adored by many and will be missed.
