Jane was born on August 19, 1918 to Veronica and Frank Bocskovits of Chicago, IL. Jane was the beloved wife of the late Jay K. Evans; cherished mother of James K. (Laurie), Nancy (Skip) Cody, Fatah (Honora) and the late William S. (the late JoAnne); loving grandmother of 14; special great-grandmother of 13; fond aunt and great-aunt of many nieces and nephews and preceded in death by 11 siblings. Jane was a loving, gentle soul who was devoted to her family, a friend to all those she met in her life and a joy to all. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at the Chapel of Holy Name Cathedral, 26 East Superior Street, Chicago from 9:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
