I was saddened to hear of Kenji's passing . I haven't seen him for years. When we did run in to each other he would always fill me in on his family. My Condolences to you all.

I worked with Kenji on photo projects for my organization over the past three and a half years and developed a really wonderful working friendship with him that I have treasured. Richard and I didn't know Kenji that well but one of our favorite memories on our backyard deck was an afternoon spent with Kenji while our daughter, Claire, and Kelsey played.  Our condolences to you Dorie, Kelsey, Cooper and Kole.

although i havent seen Kenji in many years, I consider him a life long friend. my condolences to Kerins family.

I met Kenji about 20 years ago, first virtually and several months later, face to face. He was one heck of a guy, always willing to lend a hand, give a word of encouragement and to think of others before himself. Most recently his infectious love of BBQ re-ignited my fire (pun intended). Letting me borrow his smokers for a week sealed the deal. I was stunned by the news of his passing. I will miss him terribly.

My condolences to the entire Kerins family and to all who feel the hole in their lives left by his absence, like I do.

Kenji was our football filmer for eight years at Saint Patrick High School. He was a big part of our team. He did this after Cooper graduated. He took pride in it and he was a great man. So very sorry for your loss.    The very first time I met him he was helping me at the RC race track.  I never forgot that and always enjoyed racing or talking with him.  A fine man who will be missed.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Kenji's passing.  I pray that you all find comfort in the coming days and months.

I met Kenji about 5 years ago when starting a racing club and he was very supportive and offered many words of encouragement.  He made the world a happier place and I'm honored to have had the opportunity to know him and share a hobby with him.

We were so fortunate to know Kenji as a colleague and friend. His talent behind the lens made our products look great, and his style and personality made it easy for a bunch of people who didn't like to have their photos taken relax and look better than we could have imagined.

The news of Kenji's passing is a bitter shock.  When I lost my job, he hired me as assistant-- the man threw me a lifeline.  This was nothing unusual for Kenji, whose generosity and energy knew no bounds.  No words can adequately give comfort to Dorie, Kelsey, Cooper, Kole, Kimi and to his legion of friends.  A grand fellow, gone too soon.

Kenji had words but most often action or words to spur others to action.  I will have more words later I am sure but for now now that I join all of you in grief for our friend who put family first then treated others as family.

I'm so sorry for your loss.  I always enjoyed Kenji's ready wit, and appreciated his love for this neighborhood and the people in it.  He will be missed.
