Luis M. Torres, AKA "Choco", age 89, was born in Ciales, Puerto Rico, on August 25, 1929, and passed on February 22, 2019, surrounded by his loving family in Chicago. Choco was the beloved son of the late Secundino (Choco) Torres and Gregoria Miranda; most loving father of Angel (Aurora) Torres, Milly (Domingo) Crespo, Geraldo (Iraida) Torres, the late Luis Alberto Torres and the late Orlando Torres; adoring grandfather of Dalila Torres, Jaqueline Torres, Amarilys (Brian) Torres-Squeglia, Noel (Christine) Crespo, Amanda Crespo, Ashley Torres, Megan Torres, Kayla Torres; most adoring great-grandfather of Anthony Boyas, Nevaeh Delreal, Leila Castro, Izabella Delreal, Isabella Cardona, Elisio Delreal, Jakeli Delreal, and Lucas Matthew Crespo; cherished brother of Carmen C. (Jose) Camacho, Laura (Felix) Rios, Calixta (Miguel) Miranda, Petra (Eduardo) Rios, Gloria (Juan) Echevarria, the late Juana (Felix) Gonzalez, the late Fernando (Rosa) Torres, and the late Gumercindo (Paulin) Torres; unforgettable uncle; and fond friend of many.
