A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 9:00 - 11:00 am at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 N. Milwaukee Avenue where a Celebration of Life Service will take plae at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow to Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Hillside.
After the interment all are invited to Amy's Office at 6150 N. Milwaukee Avenue to continue the Celebration of her life.
