I am heart broken about the news.  I had the honor of working with Ralph at Medline and knew him as a warm , kind person who always smiled and loved to make people laugh.   I have many aewsome memories of planning employee evets with Ralph at Medline on the Activities committee.  The best event we did together was the 4th of July Parade.  I  will miss Ralph and my thoughts and prayers are with his family.

To the Oskwarek Family,

You have my deepest condolences on Ralph's passing.  He was a very giving, helpful and caring person, and my kids enjoyed working on a project with him at a charity function in Lake Villa.  He was sweet and will be missed.  May God help you find peace in his passing and may your memories and happy times make it easier.

You may or may not know that Ralph was secretary of the Medline bowling league for 2 or 3 years - until he dumped it on... Um, I mean, passed that distinction along... to ME! LOL! I will cry because he is gone, but ten times more than that, I smile because he was here. And he was a friend who enhanced my life with his presence in it! Amen!

It must be so hard losing a child.   One always thinks that being a parent, you will leave this earth first.  But, sometimes that is not God's way.
Ralph is now basking in the glow of our Lord's love.  We are the ones that must suffer without him.
