Well Richard its 10 years ago today you left us. Mom and I will be by today to commemorate this terrible tragedy in our lives. Please know you are still missed and thought of every sungle day.

Richard was born with febrile seizures. Therefore he couldn't have things with caffeine thus he used to pine when we would have chocolate. He finally outgrew them and we sat down and introduced him to chocolate. I'll never ever forget after tasting it the big smile it brought to his face and him saying Chocolates the best!

On September 7 1981 a baby boy we named Richard Arthur Lange came into our lives. I felt like I was walking on air. I couldn't have been happier. On his first birthday he started to have febrile seizures which he had until he was around 5 outgrowing those fevers menaces. I remember he couldn't have chocolate because of the disorder. When the doctor finally released him to be able to eat chocolate we got him some and I can still see the smile on his face as he told me when I asked him how he liked it he said chocolates the best dad. Richard was almost always smiling no matter how bad things may have been going in his life. Like his dad he was quite the comedian and also wrote a lot of rap songs. He was more like his dad then he wanted to admit. Loved kids and they loved him a hard worker and always trying to get a smile out of you especially if you were down and out. I miss him terribly and partially blame myself for his demise. I have been to his grave at least once a week since his passing and will continue to go each week until I know longer can. I and mom will be right along side of you there for eternity Richard. I say if just one person remembers you you still haven't totally left this world. You will be here for many many years to come. I'm sorry for any wrongs I did you and hope you have forgiven me. Love eternal DAD!!!!!

I worked with Richard too..and like everyone says Richard could always make you laugh. When I think of him, I remember the laugh and smile, what we will all miss most.

My condolences to the Lange family. Richard was a good friend of mine that left this world to soon. I worked with Richard and he was always an enjoyment to work with. I loved hanging out with him out of work no matter what type of mood I was in he always made me laugh, he was not an easy person to get mad at, but of course there were those times where you wanted to strangle him. I miss you Richard my dear friend and I will miss you dearly. I'm not sad to much anymore because that's not how you wanted it, I just keep telling myself, you went on vacation to a place where I will soon go and you will have another lyric to spit to me, so when I get there it better be good, lol! I love you Richard you might be gone but you will never be forgotten.

My condolences to the Lange Family. I've worked with Richard in the past and it was a pleasure working with him. He made me smile and laugh. He was the coolest person I have worked with. He will truly be missed, but his spirit will always be around.
