I fondly remember Rich from back when I was a kid hanging out on Cuyler with my friends who lived on the block.  He was just a great guy who always had a smile on his face, and was fun to be around.  I’m very sorry to learn of his passing, and offer my sincerest condolences to his family.  May he forever rest in peace!

I have many fond memories of Richard from the years I was part of the Schulz family. We had a lot of fun together, especially in the early years when we were young. Those are memories I will always treasure. My most sincere condolences to Jan, Steve, Tim and Betty, and all who loved Richard. He will be missed.

Jan I’m so sorry for loss of your daughter Kelly and your beloved husband Richard!  I went through the same thing more than 2 years ago with my  husband James! It is heartbreaking and you will cry many tears! Like I did! It’s very hard to put into words what might be helpful cause everyone’s situation is different! But I do understand what it’s like to lose a spouse and everyone grieves in their own different way! If you remember Jim and Rich were high school buddies! Good friends and the 3 of us yrs ago did a lot together! I still cry everyday about losing Jim! The pain never goes away but with time it does get easier! I don’t know if I will be able to come on Monday. I just recently got out of the hospital with a blood in my right leg and I am dealing with my own medical problems.      Love

Rich, you were an Uncle who always kept me on my toes. I'll miss our games of Yatzee and I regret that I let life keep me too busy to visit you more. I hope your broken heart is healed and that you enjoy the time you get with Kelly again. I love you so much.
