Funeral service for Jimmie Douglas Livingston, age 78, of Childersburg will be Monday, September 27, 2010 at 11 AM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel with Reverend Charles Peoples and Reverend Kevin White officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery. He loved the Lord. His hobbies included fishing and woodworking and was an avid Bama fan. He enjoyed telling jokes and loved to watch the Gaithers on television. He is survived by his Wife: Joyce Livingston of Childersburg, 2 Sons: David Livingston (Donna) of Childersburg, Larry Livingston (Linda) of Columbiana, 3 Daughters: Kathy Trotman (Jackie) of Childersburg, Donna Boothe (Marty) of Childersburg, Terry Wilcox (Chris) of Renfroe, Brother: John Snyder (Louise) of Waycross, GA, Sister: Louise Hammitt of Bessemer, 14 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren. Curtis and Son Funeral Home Childersburg Chapel will direct the services.
