Billie is our granddaughter and we are so blessed to have had the chance to have helped raise a kind,loving,smart and a beautiful young lady. We are the lucky one's to have had Billie in our live's. On March 9th Billie would have been 17 and i cry for all the memories we will not be able to make. Billie has left us with so many very precious and happy memories she gave us all so much.Billie will alway's be loved never forgotten and always in our hearts.

I heard about this tragic news today and am agonized by it. I knew Billie for a short time but every time I met her I was astound by her beauty and intelligence. A young sweet kind girl with a sparkling personality. It was impossible not to love her. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Dear Billie, you will be deeply missed. R.I.P pretty doll:-((

I had the opportunity to teach Billie at Woodman School.  To lose this wonderful young woman is a tragic loss.  Billie made friends easily and always had a positive outlook on life.  I would like to share one of my favourite quotes at this difficult time.  "Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal". breaking down inside. cant believe she is gone. dont know if i can get through this night, because my tears have ruined my sight. this has been the loneliest time for me, how can it be? its not so easy to keep my head held high, but tonight i will look to the stars, salute, and wave good-bye. even though a sweet girl like u has been torn, a little angel out of you has been born. ? -r.i.p Billie ?

I had the pleasure of being Billie's teacher in grade 7 and 8 in Calgary. I remember her excitement about her move out west. I will always remember her tender heart and a kind spirit.

Bailey used to go to my school, and although we were never best friends, we would talk. She was a wonderful, genuine girl, and it makes me very sad to hear she has passed away. She will be in my heart forever! Rest in Peace Billie Bell.

Although I hadn't seen you since you left Calgary, you had a huge impact on my life. I will never forget the amazing times we had and your beautiful spirit. My heart goes out to her family at this terrible time . <3

From the first time we met on her first day of school, I knew we were meant to be friends.  It just breaks my heart that we won't get to share any more great memories,  but I am blessed to have shared any with her in the first place. May your beautiful soul rest in peace.

Billie was a fantastic young lady with a giving heart and vibrant personality. I was blessed to work with her as a volunteer at Party in the Park this past summer. She will be missed, though her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
