I met Carl and his brothers in the early 80’s. We remained friends through the 90’s as I also knew Christina since I was in kindergarten. 

Sad to hear he’s gone. My condolences to his family.

Carl was a resident at the shelter I work at. 
His big smile and presence is, and will be missed greatly. He always had kind words and never complained when he could have.  I loved Carl for his silly wit and humor, dry as it could be sometimes. He was charming, never letting me forget that I was a doppelganger for Queen Victoria and reminding to rule as one. Carl made me smile and laugh on bad days and was kind to people around him. I will think of Carl often, with a smile and good memories.

I was honored to meet Carl, in March of 2020 and knew him until his unfortunate departure😪. Had many, I mean many hearted conversations with him. He always made me laugh. I will greatly miss him & he has impacted my life in more ways that I will never be able to tell him. This saddens me so much. I wish I could have done more and im sorry
