I was so sad to hear about Uncle Jim, he was a courageous man in his battle with this disease. I looked up to him in so many ways as he fought hard to keep going and to find the brightness in his day. I know all to well how hard this can be. Uncle Jim had a grace and sense of humor that was loved by everyone he knew. I know he was a kind , gentle ,loyal, loving husband and father. I can only hope that you and Bonnie will find the strength to carry on as I know he was deeply committed to your happiness, Find strength in your memories , talk about him often and find peace in knowing you will be together again one day.

Jim was an amazing man who loved his family. He tended his family much like he did his beloved gardens with care and gentle tenderness. His Gardens were beautiful. He took great pride in them the same pride he had for his family . His wit and humour were in abundance at any family gathering, he will be missed. He will always be in our hearts and he will always be loved. My condolences to all the family

We are saddened by this news, but we are comforted with you Laelia, that Jim is now resting in a better place.  always reflect on the good times you both had.  What a wonderful person he was. May God just give you strength and comfort.

Our hearts go out to you and the family. Jim was such a kindly gentlemen, and he always met me with a smile.  I remember one Summer when we sat in the back yard and had tea, and he served us.  You will miss him dearly but know he is no longer in pain.  He will always be with you in your heart and soul.

Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to get to know our dearest Jim as much as I'd have loved to because of distance , but the minute I met him at my wedding over here in Barcelona , I had the feeling as if we'd been friends all time . Such a gentleman , salt of the Earth whom we'll dearly miss. All my love go to my dearest friends Laelia , Bonnie and all the family . Rest in eternal peace my dear old friend Jim . You will never be forgotten .

One regret I have is that I didn't get a chance to know Jim as much as I would have liked to.  His wife is a lovely lady and the two of them made a great pair.  His smile and the twinkle in his eyes I will always remember.  Safe journey, Jim.  Always remembered.

I didn't know Jim very well and unfortunately it was only for a short time. However to me he was one of the most gentle kind hearted souls to cross my path. Rest in Peace and know how much you were loved and respected by your family and friends.

Jim, a beautiful, loving and gentle soul, thoughtful and intelligent. As I did not see him for several years my minds will always see a younger Jim with shining eyes, a beautiful memory to hold. Jim, although I didn't know you well,  from what I know about you, you lived a very full and rich life of ups and downs and you had a great lady by your side. I will always remember you when we went out on my friend Jack's boat. It was such a beautiful day as we toured around Harrison Lake and celebrated life with you. You are now on another adventure some where and are still loved by those that have gone before you and those that remain.Rest in peace
