Jean Adell Neufeldt (nee Garner) went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at home at the age of 82. Jean was born and raised in Chilliwack, BC. She married Homer in 1951. Jean is remembered as a wonderful, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. The children always remember how well loved they were by Mom. She lived her life with grace and dignity. Jean is lovingly remembered by her husband Homer Neufeldt and her children Sandra Borno (Darrell), Brenda Johnson-Keyes (Mike), Richard Neufeldt (Tracy) and Greg Neufeldt (Linda), and by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and by her sister Vera Nickel. The family would like to thank Dr. Paul Basson, Dr. Ron Bull and all the Palliative Care nurses. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 11th, 2016 from 7 to 9 pm at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home in Chilliwack. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 2 pm also at Woodlawn Mt Cheam Funeral Home. Reception to follow immediately after the service.
