Maurice Guy Demers slipped away peacefully at the age of 93 on January 9, 2013 at Chilliwack General Hospital. He lived his life to the fullest and he never complained. Maurice was born in Montreal, PQ on May 20, 1919 and moved to Chilliwack in 1984. He was predeceased by his wife Terese Touchet Demers who passed on March 3, 2008. He is survived by his sister Jeanne Demers of St Leonard, Quebec and several nieces and nephews living in Canada and the US. He will be missed, Rest in Peace.
Services were held at St Mary’s Church in Chilliwack, on Wednesday January 16,2013. Cremation. Henderson’s Funeral Home, in care of arrangements, 604-792-1344.
