Michael Jacobus Prinse

Mike was born in Chilliwack BC. He was the middle child of Adrian & Nellie Prinse. He grew up on the family dairy farm on Banford Road and graduated from Chilliwack Senior Secondary in 1977. In his youth, he had a paper route and did relief milking. Later he spent several years in the oil patch in northern BC & Alberta.

An opportunity presented itself and he returned to Chilliwack to start his own dairy farm. He met the love of his life, Wendi at their 10 year high school reunion. They got married and raised two children.

He is predeceased by his father and brother John. He leaves behind his mother Nellie, his brothers Carey (Joan), Rob and sister Julia (Barry) and several nieces & nephews. Special thanks to Dr Kemas, the caring hospital staff and compassionate staff at Henderson's.

His legacy and "GOLD ON THE FARM" are his wife Wendi, his son Matthew (Kelsey) & 3 grandchildren, and daughter Stephanie.
