My heartfelt condolences to Sara's Family...
I met Sara many years ago when she started at Coast Capital in Langley Branch. She was a very young vibrant gal, very well liked amongst her co-workers and customers...it wasn't long after she transferred out to Chilliwack Branch where she stayed for many years. After I retired, I lost touch with her, however I know she was very involved for years in the fundraising for Cops for Cancer...with Coast and my friend at Panago.
Rest in Peace, Sara

I feel so blessed to have known such a wonderful person who was taken from us far to soon. Emma and Kate your mother was an amazing women. She'd sometimes ask me for alittle advise on how to raise daughters since I'd already raised 3 daughters of my own. All I'd say is "if you're doing it from the heart you're doing it right. " and I think she did just that because you 2 are sure to become the caring people she'd want you to be. I'm so sorry for your loss Karl, Emma, Kate and the rest of Sara's family and friends
God Bless you my friend I'll miss you deeply

Beautiful people like Sara, don't come along that often. She always took the time to make you feel important, and truly was a ray of sunshine to be around. She had such a great sense of humor and loved to help everyone. I will miss her dearly. My deepest condolences to Karl, Emma and Kate, family and friends.

Sara loved to torture Karl at work when he left his cell phone at home. She would text me stuff that was super embarrassing to Karl and his face would go beat red. She had a great sense of humor.

I first met Sara when she started working at Coast Capital's Chilliwack branch. I remember my first impression was "Wow what a ray of sunshine" ! Over the next 10 years I don't recall ever seeing Sara without a smile on her face. Sara was a warm, intelligent, positive, amazing young woman who I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with.

Karl, Emma & Kate, I can not begin to express words that could ease your grief. All I can tell you is that Sara spoke of you all often, with love, kindness and massive amounts of humour.

Sara, Rest in Peace

I have only known Sara a few short months. She was my student in the bookkeeping class of the ABT program at UFV. I enjoyed Sara immensely - she was dedicated, driven, smart and oh such wit; embraced all in her class, embraced us so much so that you felt as if you had known her all your life. I am richer for having known her. Lots of inside UFV jokes to share. Sara insisted I watch a Netflix Original as it was fascinating Sara said - "All the Queens Horses" (it related to bookkeeping). She organised a prank day for me where everyone would wear plaid because I didn't own plaid (I do now!). Plaid holds more meaning for me now because of Sara - I love plaid. I will truly miss her, but not nearly as much as her very own family and friends and for you I grieve. There are no words to you that really comfort other than to know that the legacy she has left is rare and will be treasured by all. You did good Sara. Rest in Peace. <3
