Valerie Anne Lewis

It is with deep love and sorrow that we announce the passing of Valerie Anne Lewis, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Born at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, she lived a life of kindness, quiet strength, and unwavering love for family and community.

Val met the love of her life, Frank Lewis, as a teenager at Cultus Lake-a place that remained the heart of her world. Married in 1961, they built their home at Cultus Lake, where Valerie lived for over six decades, creating a sanctuary of joy and cherished memories.

She and Frank raised three children-Greg, Leanne, and Dean-in a home filled with love and laughter. She was a proud grandmother to Frank and a beloved "Auntie Val" to many. Val volunteered extensively in her community, from Girl Guides to Cultus Lake Elementary, leaving a legacy of warmth and dedication.

Val is survived by daughter Leanne, son Dean and grandson Frank, & her brothers Ross and Bob White. Val was predeceased by her beloved husband Frank Lewis, son Greg Lewis, mother Eva White, father Truman White, & brother Don White.

Val will be missed and remembered for her devotion to family, her deep sense of community, and the gentle wisdom she shared with all who knew her.
